God has spoken and is speaking through all of creation, time, and eternity, through His Son. He is the language we all can comprehend. 'I love you so much, I will lay down my life for you' is not hard to understand nor easily rejected. That very sentence God spoke is yet to crescendo and is about to transform the whole of what can be known and experienced into a visible, experiential expression of His Son.
If you haven't realized it, I love the Bible. Holy Spirit within echos the heart of each prophetic scripture declaring the Son of God. Jesus said, "You search the scriptures because you think that you have eternal life in them, and it is those scriptures that point to me, the One who has the life you seek. 40 But you are not willing to come to me so that you may have that life." John 5:39–40 (DLT emphasis mine) Like them, I, for years, sought that life in the scriptures when it had always been in His Person ready to take residence in me. Think about it. God's very Person of love seeking to both invite and animate you in such a way that the scriptures become visible. Yes! So much so that when you act out His loving He is speaking through His person. |
