God’s Love for you is boundless, so much so that He sacrificed Himself for you to bask in His Love.

Have you come across the following teaching? Don’t buy into this teaching! 

If things are going well, you are probably running with the devil

God is the embodiment of Love, first in the body of Jesus Christ and now in us. Those trusting in His Person and His abilities can accomplish His working in and through us through love.

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to God’s abilities at work within us.” — (Ephesians 3:20, DLC)

Agent:

“And He put all under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all the called out ones, which is His body, the fullness of the One filling the all in all.” — (Ephesians 1:22-23, DLC)

Goal:

“When everything is subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.” — (1 Corinthians 15:28, DLC)

“Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” —  (2 Corinthians 5:20, emphasis mine NASB95)

Conclusion:

God plans is to join everything to Himself so He can be the All in all. We who trust Him are already reconciled to this truth and are commissioned to inform the rest that they can submit to God’s Love.
