In the pages of this book, a banquet awaits—the kind only God could prepare, no mind could conceive the simplicity of nor the nourishment of this meal. This book invites you to consume the Bread prepared for every starving heart.
Deficiency is a doorway to awe. Each word leads into the mystery of a God who reveals His abilities evidenced in humility, radiance through sacrifice, and fullness through emptiness. We are called beyond dependence on intellect or striving, into rest, where God's Glory is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.
As you read, let the hunger of your heart transport you to the hand of your Lord and Savior, Jesus The Christ. May the illusions of sufficiency fall gently away. And in their place, may Christ, the true feast, rise—offering Himself again and again as sustenance that never fails.
